Fun Home, the “blazingly original heartbreaker and a nonstop treasure of invention,” racked up five Tony Awards including “Best Musical,” and was nominated for an additional seven awards. Featuring music by Jeanine Tesori with a book and lyrics by Lisa Kron, Perseverance Theatre is grateful to welcome back Hannah Wolf as Director and Daniel Gary Busby as Musical Director for this production.

About the Show: Growing up in the funeral business with a uniquely dysfunctional family gives lesbian cartoonist Alison no end of material, but drawing on those childhood memories reveals more than the adult Alison expects. Can she reframe the picture and finally close the book?

Featuring Allison Mickelson as Big Alison, Brita J. Fagerstrom as Medium Alison, and introducing Fiona McFarlin as Small Alison. The cast also features Axel Boily, Enrique Bravo, Margeau Ljungberg, Cate Ross, Chris Talley, and Kyra Wood. Fun Home runs on the Perseverance mainstage April 22nd through May 8th.
